This <br /> f:icilily is located in Uie M-1, Office and Industrial Park Zone and is subject to the 5eaway Center Master <br /> Plan. ]t is required to providc building modulation on buildi��g facades greater than 60 feet in length per <br /> the Seaway Center Master Plan �nd the Everett Zoning Code. <br /> Lverett Municipal Code (EMC) SuUsection 19.27.020.A.2.e of the City of Everett Zoning Code gives die <br /> Planning Director, using Re��iew Process I, authority to modiCy the required Uuilding medulation by <br /> approving other architectural features which result equivalent or superior articulalion of Qic building <br /> fn�ade, per EMC 15.16A40. Review Process ] is a written decision by the Pla�ming Director that <br /> appro��es, disap�n•oves, or approves�vith conditions Qie proposal of qie applicant. <br /> The proposed building elevation plan compensates for not meeting the strict modulation standards by I <br /> proaiding some modulation, together with a mix o}'fa�ade materials, including painted concrete, glass and � <br /> aluminum.
