Contractor del.ivered a copy of tUe insurance cert.ificate which CT attorney will review. 4. Contractor delivered five copies of a computcr bar graph consY.ruction schedule. This depicts 37 weeks to r.ompletion. Based on a 40-hour c.ork week, the cost for O.T. inspection is as defined in the con- tract documents. 5. A request had been made to the contractor for a cosC breakdown of the bid. This wi.11 be drli.vr.red sonr.. 6. ConYxactor will submit copies of certified payrolls to CT. Contractor questioned ��Administrative�� category. CT to clflrify. 7. Doitg IIudden, speaking for the Gverett Duilding Department, requested copies of rebar placing plans, structural steel shop drawings (e+cclud- ing miscellaneous iron) nnd copies of any structural cl�anges. They also want inspecti�n 12b reports: compaction Yests, concrete, rebar inspection, welding, etc. They requested a minimum of 24 hours noL-ice on inspections.
