Site Traffic Figure 2 depicts the on-site coach parking for the nitimate Phese II plan of 250 bus capn�.ity. Huses wili ]eave the sitc beginning about 4:30 e.m. and 90:e of the fleet will be in service for the oorning and evening peak hours. A portion of the buses will return to the site at 9:(10 e,m. and leave ta l;o into service at 3:00 p.m. Tt�e fleet tt,en ictu:ns after the p.m. peek hour. Figure 3 depicts the Driver, Aclministrations and ifain- tenance Ftaff auto activ?ty at the site. 1'he drivers arrive bc:ore the morning peak traffic nnd leave after the �.m. peak. The edjacent Kasch Park as proposed will hsve, in the future, 5 basebell fields. Parking for approximately 300 autas• will be provided at the Park. Peak ac:ivity at the park will occur on summer evenings nnd weekends. The 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. peak hour had 330 veh�c.les, 100 inbound and 2?0 exiting. Impact of Projected Traffic The project will be constructed in phases es trr,nsit demand increnses. For purposes o: this analysis, the base is assumed to be in use b}• l00 buses in 1985 and 250 buses in 1990.
