We further understaad thut,over <br /> the last few years, you Uave noticed repid disin(egn'rion of a few ra:ks within the rockery <br /> wal(,which is located in ihe backyard aituated to the northewt of the house. Yrescntly, <br /> several rocks have developed a deeply weathered appeazance, undergoing color changes <br /> (from dark b�rny to yellow brown),ffaking and crumbling at the surface. <br /> Further aspects srising from our disc;ussiuns are: <br /> • The rockery was originally bwlt by thc developedcuntnctor who huilt the <br /> subdivisiou('Chc Picscrve) in the early 90's.
