(Finding 1) <br /> 2. The City of Everett Shoreline Master Program does nr�t include the area � <br /> that is the subject of this hear�ng. The area is included in the Snohomish <br /> County Shoreline Management Master Program and is designated as <br /> Urban in the SCSMMP. In an Urban designated area, the proposed use i <br /> is ari allowed use. (Finding 4) I <br /> I <br /> 3. The SCSMMP sets forth certain requirements and ragulations for review. � <br /> The pruposal has been revie�ved subject to these requirements and i <br /> regulations and satisfies these criteria. The General Regulations for residential developme:nt in the Urban I <br /> designation, including requirements that the utility lines be underground, � <br /> the shoreline stability be maintained and erosion controi during and after � <br /> cons'.:�ction be controlled. Sewage disposai and water facilities can be provided consistent with the <br /> health and water quality laws and regulations. There will be no <br /> combination of stormwater dra:nage and sewage disposal systems on- <br /> site. (Finding 9) <br /> 6. Signs can be developed on-site that will be consistent w�ih the <br /> regulations of the Urban dacignation. Any signs will be in conformance <br /> with the sign requirements of the Everett Zoning Code, Cateyory B. <br /> (Finding 10) <br /> 7. Recreational access provisions are provided to the shoreline by the <br /> proposed project. With improvements tc 19th Avenue SE (SR-527), <br /> includin� crosswalks which provide direct access to the shoreline, the <br /> dedication of land to the Silver Lake Park and park improvements, <br /> adequate prcvisions have been made for recreational uae of the <br /> significant shoreline.
