The finished structure shall be watertight. <br /> The rop of the concrete foundation shall be flush with finishcd bround linc. The pole base shall <br /> accommodate the conduit st�bbed up from the foundation. The pole base shall be drained by a ll2" <br /> drainpipe through the grout pad. Leveling nuts on the anchor bolts shall be fumished for use in plumbing <br /> the pole. <br /> Inserts shall be provided for mounting street name signs, pedestrian crossing signs, pedestrian heads, <br /> pedestrian pushbuttons, precmption beacons, and weatherhead as indicated on the signal standard details <br /> plan sheet. <br /> The vertical deflection at the free end of any cantilever arm, due to the dead load of the signals and signs <br /> only, shall not exceed 2% of the cantilever arm length.
