Thc roof and portion� of the <br />front and rear facades have collapsed. <br />The remaining supporting walls are warped and buckled, and i.;e post and beam <br />foundation is warped and deteriorated. The building is likely to partially or <br />completel}' collapse. <br />The buildino is open to the public. Flooring is missing and broken. It is within <br />20 feet of the edge of the pavement oFLarimer Road. The building would Ue <br />extramely hazardous to anyone �vho might enter it. The building has become an <br />attractive nuisar.ce to children. <br />The building in its current condition jeopardi2es public health, safety and welfare <br />and constitutes a public nuisance. <br />The building Las been abandoned for a period in excess of six months an:i is :�n <br />attractive nuisance and hazard to the public. <br />The conditions described abovc havc not been corrected. <br />FINDI`'GS vr FACT, COVCLUSIOVS OF /� <br />LAN, AND ORDER �/� � <br />�J <br />
