�•� <br />Based on the ?�indings of Fact and Conclusions of Law read into the record at the July 22, <br />1999 hearing, of the above matter, the following Order is issued: <br />1. Di;unond Properties, Inc. shall either repair or demolish the building in <br />accordance with all current Building Code requirements and all other applicable <br />��ity of Everett codes. In addition, Diamond Properties, Inc. shall cause the <br />identification, removal and disposal of any hazazdous materials from tiie premises <br />in accordance with all anplicable federal, �tate and local statutes, codes and <br />regulations. <br />If Uiamond Propei�ties, Inc. elects to repair the building, all required permits must <br />be secured therefor and the work physically commenced n� lafer than July 22, <br />1999. All work must be completed no later than August 21, 1999. Repair shall <br />be completed in accordance with current Building Code requireme�ts and all <br />other applicable City of Everett Codes. Any and a11 permits issued regarsling <br />repair of i/r.� building are subject to rlie time limits set for(h herein. <br />3. If Diamond Properties, Inc. elects to demolish the buitding, all requi.red permits <br />must be secured therefor and the work physically commenced no later than 7uly <br />22, 1999. Such demolitior� must be completed no later tlian August 21, 1999. <br />Demolition shall be completed in accordance with all applicable City of Everett <br />codes and regulations :snd in acrordance with any requirements of the Snohomish <br />Health District regazding pest erad.ication. Any and a/l prrmifs issued regarding <br />denrolitia: oJthe 6uilding are sr�u ject !o tke lime limits set forth hereia. <br />The building must be kept vacated uatil su��h time as the building is repaired or <br />demolished as described above. <br />Diamond Properties, Inc. shall be fined 5500.00 for said violations, which sha!1 be <br />suspended upon compliance with the following conditions: <br />a. Diamend Properties, Inc. shall abate the violations at the property in accordance <br />with the terms of this Order. <br />b. Diamond Proper�:es, Inc. shall not violate any ordinance set forth in EMC <br />1.20.020 or any ordinance or regulation that identifies the enforcement procedure <br />described in Chapter 1.20 EMC as the enforcement procedure for said regulations <br />or ordinance, for the next hvelve (12) months. <br />6.
