�•� Based on the ?�indings of Fact and Conclusions of Law read into the record at the July 22, 1999 hearing, of the above matter, the following Order is issued: 1. Di;unond Properties, Inc. shall either repair or demolish the building in accordance with all current Building Code requirements and all other applicable ��ity of Everett codes. In addition, Diamond Properties, Inc. shall cause the identification, removal and disposal of any hazazdous materials from tiie premises in accordance with all anplicable federal, �tate and local statutes, codes and regulations. If Uiamond Propei�ties, Inc. elects to repair the building, all required permits must be secured therefor and the work physically commenced n� lafer than July 22, 1999. All work must be completed no later than August 21, 1999. Repair shall be completed in accordance with current Building Code requireme�ts and all other applicable City of Everett Codes. Any and a11 permits issued regarsling repair of i/r.� building are subject to rlie time limits set for(h herein. 3. If Diamond Properties, Inc. elects to demolish the buitding, all requi.red permits must be secured therefor and the work physically commenced no later than 7uly 22, 1999. Such demolitior� must be completed no later tlian August 21, 1999. Demolition shall be completed in accordance with all applicable City of Everett codes and regulations :snd in acrordance with any requirements of the Snohomish Health District regazding pest erad.ication. The building must be kept vacated uatil su��h time as the building is repaired or demolished as described above. Diamond Properties, Inc. shall be fined 5500.00 for said violations, which sha!1 be suspended upon compliance with the following conditions: a. Diamend Properties, Inc. shall abate the violations at the property in accordance with the terms of this Order. b. Diamond Proper�:es, Inc. shall not violate any ordinance set forth in EMC 1.20.020 or any ordinance or regulation that identifies the enforcement procedure described in Chapter 1.20 EMC as the enforcement procedure for said regulations or ordinance, for the next hvelve (12) months. 6.
