Because of the proximity of the Snohomish River <br />flocdplain to the subject propsrry ar�d because the proposal exceeds the <br />statutory $2,500 minimum, a Permit is required. <br />On June 20, 1996, a i�earing on the request was held before the Hearing <br />Examiner of the Ciry of Everett.
