ASAE Engineering Practice-Conkrol of Manure Odors <br />All of the exhibit� are available for inspection at the f-learing Examiner'a Uffice <br />located at 2930 WE�tmore Avenue, 8th fioor, Everett, Washington. <br />After due considerat+on of the testimony and evidence presented by the <br />Applicant, testimony and evidence elicited during the public hearing, and as the <br />result of the persunal inspection of the subject property and surrounding areas <br />by the Everett Hearing Examiner, the folfowing find?ngs of fact and conclusions <br />constitute the basis of the decision of the Everett tiearing Examiner. <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />The Applicant requested approval of a Permit for the construction of a <br />371 by 268 foot dairy waste storage pond east oi the existi�g bams at <br />3003 Larimer Road, Everett, Washingto�. The storage pond will ha�+e a <br />2,100,000 gallon normal fill capacity and an embankment that will be built <br />with compacted earthen material. (Staff report, Ervine testimony) <br />2. The subject properry, �o�ied A-1 RFD A.gricultural Use/Rural Floodway <br />District, is located in the Snohomisti River floodplain. Because ihe <br />project will exceed $2,500, a Permit is required. (Staff report) <br />3. Admitted as exhibit #2 to the hearing was a reduced copy of th� waste <br />storage site plan. A co�y is attached hereto and by this reference is <br />hereby incorporated as part of these findings. (Exhibit #2) <br />
