6. !�f any possible archeological data is uncovered during the excavation ar <br />cievelopment of this project, the Applicant must immediately stop work, <br />until all necessary analysis is crompleted, and notify the �ity of Everett <br />Planning Department at 259-8731. Failure to comply with this condition <br />shall be considered a violation of the Permit. <br />7. Any fill placemer'r that re�uires use of the public streets will obligate the <br />proponent to acquire a Publlc Works Permit for said fill. <br />8. The Applicant m��st keep ciry streets clean at all times. <br />9. The Applicar�t must provide source and quaiity of landfill material, method <br />of placement and compaction, type of proposed surtacing, and method of <br />perirrieter erosion control prior to fill p�rmit issuance. <br />T�- 10. The Applicant shall provide a 50 foot setback frcm Woods Creek to the <br />base �f the berm surrounding the lagcwn. <br />11. A soil liner shall be providea in the iagoo� that shall have a niinimum <br />compacted thickness of 1 foot measured perpendicular to the soil <br />surface. Compaction shall be in accordance with Washington NRCS <br />Construction 5pecification CS-15 Earth Fill, Class S. The acceptability of <br />natural sail mat�rials is based on the Unified Soils Classification System, <br />ASTM D-2487. The following construction eGu9pment must be used: <br />Sheepfc+ot roller, rubber tired equipment, pneumatic roller, or treaded <br />construction equipment depen�ing on soil type which shall be deteimined <br />by a representative of NRCS. <br />12. In orde:� to minimize odor from this project, stirring of thF- lagoon and <br />spreading of manure is limited to eight times per year, ; ather than bi- <br />weekly (current practioe). <br />1;t. The subject prnperty shall be developed according �•o the attached site <br />plan and cross sectio�s contained in exhibit #3. <br />14. Spreading must onfy be done when the wind will r,low the odors away <br />from populated areas or nearby residences. <br />� <br />
