F:ndings: The proposed structures will be built with the same alignment as other buildings on site. The length of the proposed structures, which will be placed at an east-west d'uection, will not be pdrallel with ihe Snohomish River which flows in a south to nerth direction. However, the existing irtanure settling pond extends further into the floodflow than tte proposed structures.
