The app- <br />licants said their parking plans had been submitted to the City and approved <br />so they felt they have usable parking. <br />There was no further comment from the audience. <br />After visually viewing the subject pruperty and considering all the facts <br />it u�as moved by Mr. Hoagland, seconded by Mr. Eckstrom and carried by a <br />majority vote to grant the variance as it meets all the requirements of <br />Section 19.70.060 of the Everett Municipal Code, Paragraphs l, 2, 3, and 4. <br />p Mr. Hoagland, Mr. Eckstrom and Mr. Wilson voted for the granting of the variance. <br />M�.
