You required that �he ceiling be <br />shored witn 2" x 8" joists because a stairway wa= already in Place and the <br />owner inter�ded to put two rooms in the attic, tnereby increasing the stress <br />on the joists already in place. <br />As discussed, I have enclosed a copy of the letter sent to Chicago <br />Title by Wilbur C. Meier, an appraiser hired by us. Please note at the <br />bottom of page 1 and top of page two�(highlighted in yellow) where he <br />recounts a coversation he had with you the beqinning of October.
