(X <br />Code Compliance <br />December 27, 2000 <br />Elmer Litke <br />Delores Litke <br />11319 W Ibberson Dr <br />Everett, WA 98208 <br />RE: 11319 W Ibberson Dr <br />VIA CERTIFIED MAIL <br />RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED <br />Case: 00-0934 <br />An inspection of your property located at 11319 W Ibberson Dr was made on <br />November 27, 2000. This inspection revealed the following violations of the Everett City <br />Municipal Code: <br />• A fence has been constructed in the front yard in excess of 42 inches. <br />Section 19.39.070.A.1, of the EMC states; Within the front yard setback areas, <br />the maximum height shall not exceed forty-two inches, unless approved by the <br />planning director using review process IIA. <br />Section 19.39.150.C.5.d. d. Any structure retaining soil which is greater than thirty-six <br />inches in height shall comply with building setback requirements, unless otherwise <br />approved by the planning director, using Review Process IIA. <br />• A cabana has been constructed in the side yard setback. The cabana was constructed <br />without the required electrical and plumbing permits and ensuing inspections <br />pursuant to the Uniform Building Cod,. as adopted by the City of Everett. <br />• The cabana is located in the side yard setback of the properly. <br />• EMC Section 19.39.150.C. Structures and Improvements. states; No improvement or <br />structure may be located in a r-quired setback area. <br />A greenhouse has been constructed on top of the house. The finished floor elevation <br />needs to be determined as a requirement stipulated within the shoreline permit SMA 498- <br />012. <br />
