It has also been brought to the attention of the City of Everett that several yards of dirt <br />has been placed on your roof. Structural engineered design need to be reviewed for the <br />additional imposed load placed on the roof. It is also necessary to determine where the <br />roof drains discharge to. <br />The fence block exceeding the legal height listed above, the cabana situated in the :;;de <br />yard setback, and the soil placed on the roof must all be removed no later than January <br />14, 2001. <br />In addition, you must have the finished floor elevation determined as a required pursuant <br />to shoreline permit SMA #98-012. <br />Should you fail to comply with the above stated requirements and bring your property <br />into compliance as required by law, a violation may be issued to you, which could result <br />in a fine and/or costs being assessed against you.
