The following conditions shall be met <br /> by the owner prior to proceeding with construction: <br /> 1. Design of foundation footings and walls shall be prepared by <br /> a structural engineer with personal knowledge of the s!.te <br /> conditions. <br /> I <br /> 2. Geotechniral information sha�� be provided to the structural <br /> eagineer adequate for a complete analysis. <br /> 3. Special inspections shall be made and reports furnished to <br /> the Building Department verifying construction according to <br /> the permit drawings. <br /> BE/rtun <br />
