Ob+.ain a certificate of occupancy as required in Sec. 307 of the Uniform <br /> Building Code. (6uilding Depart�.ient at 259-8745) <br /> 2. Post and mairtain in legible manner, in a r,onspicuous place near the main <br /> exit, an approved sign indicating the uccupant load for each room (floor) <br /> use. (main floor/basement floor occupant load) <br /> 3. The electrical extension cord(s) must be removed from throughout entire <br /> structure. <br /> 4. Discontinue use of multi-headed adaptors in electrical outlets throughout <br /> the entire structure. <br /> 5. Install approved co�ers on the opPn electrical service panel (s), junction <br /> box(es), outlet(s), or switch(es). <br /> a. throughout the entire structure, this also applies to all "dead" electrical <br /> � service areas. No "expose" electrical �airing allowed. <br /> 6. Properly reinstall all electrical fixtures which are not properly/securely <br /> attached to walls and ceiling throughout the structure. <br /> 7. Provide and maintain a proper working clearance in front of and beneath <br /> electrical service panel as provided in Sec. 110-16 of the National Electrical <br /> Code. <br /> 8. Rertrove all lint, dust, and combustible mater•�11 from the electrical machinery <br /> and areas appurtenant thereto (all heating units throughout the structure). <br /> 9.
