The overall exiting from this structure is questionable. I question the <br /> ' exiting of the following: <br /> a. landing and steps of NW exit (main floor) <br /> b. exitway SW (basement) <br /> c. NW basement <br /> Cont�ct the City nf Ev?ratt Building Department to review and approva tF,ese <br /> exit areas. These exit areas do not appear to conform to the Unifor.n Building <br /> Code at this time. � <br /> 17. Provide approved illuminated exit sign(s) as follows : <br /> a. all exits in basement--SW exit and NW exit <br /> b. illuminated exit atP hway (direction) for NW exii: basement <br /> 18. Revise the locking device(s) on the exit door(s) so that they may be readily <br /> opened from the inside without special knowledge or the use of a key as <br /> follows : <br /> a. remove deadbolts and maintain exit doors in the unlocked position at <br /> all times the premise is occupi��d. <br /> 19. Handrails of the interior basement stairway shall be inspected as to conformity <br /> with the Uniform Building Code. , <br /> 20.
