The space has a stated occupant load of 49 persons. This is equivalent to the amount <br /> of persons allowed per the previous mercantile uses. <br /> • Alcohol is not served. <br /> • There is no kitchen equipment that would require a Type I hood. <br /> • A second exit is required from the cafe space due to the travei distance from the most <br /> remote portion of the tenant space. <br /> . No increase of allowable occupant load will be granted without a completion of a <br /> change of use permit. <br /> Stipulations: <br /> 1) i�n occupant load sign must be posted stating "Ma,cimum Occupant Load 49 Persons." A <br /> total of 49 persons (including staf� may be in the cafe at any one time. <br /> 2) The nature of the use of the cafe may not change without prior approval by the building <br /> official and fire marshal. <br /> 3) The existing second exit is non-compliant and wili be required to be brought up to current <br /> codes - see attached requirements of easement access through adjoining properties <br /> (regardless of ownership). <br /> This TCO will expire at six months after issuance. If all the above stipulations have been met, <br /> a permanent Certificate of Occupancy will be issued.
