NO. 5 COMPLAINT (1) The above named responts are owners or parties in interest of the property commonly referred to as 18n e� Hewitt Avenue7 legally described as located in Snohomish County? Washington, to -wit: Lots 15 and 16, Block t65, Plat of Everett, (%) That said property has been inspected by the complainant City and that the buildings or structures located thereon are hereby found and declared to be "Dangerous Buildings" within the definition of Ordinance No. 3941 of said City. (3) That, as a result of the said inspection, the complainant alleges the following defects to presently exist in connection with the structures or buildings on the above -described property, to -wit: (a) Said building shows 50% damage, or more, to non-supportingwalls and covering. (b) Said building has inadequate facilities for egress as rear exit is rotted. (c) The plumbing and sanitary facilities are outdated, partly inoperative and inadequate. (d) The gas facilities are outdated, outlawed and cannot beused. (e) The electric wiring in this building is unsafe and inadequate. WHEREFORE complainant will ask that an order be made as follows: to -wit: that said building shall be vacated and demolished since the cost to rehabilitate this building would exceed 50%; this type 5 construction cannot be re-established in Fire Zone 1.
