MORRELL, guardian of COMPLAINT the person and estate of BELA SALKOVICS, an incompetent person;) Comes now the City of Everett, pursuant to Everett City Code 2.24 et seq, and by way of uamplaint alleges as follows: I. That Bela Salkovics is the owner of the real property ommonly referred to as 1813 Hewitt Avenue, legally described as situate in the County of Snohomish, State of Washington, to -wit: Lots 15 and 16, Block 665, Plat of Everett, according to plat thereof, records of said County Auditor; that the said Bela Salkovics is an :ncompetent person and that Orrin W. Morrell is his legal appointed guardian of both his person and estate. That the property described in paragraph I above has been inspected by the complainant City through its Building and Inspection Division and that the structure located upon said real property has been found by said inspectors and declared by them to be a "dangerous building within the meaning and definition of Everett City Code 2.24, Ordinance No. 3941 of said City. Ill. That as a result of said inspection, the complainant 01DII leges that a brief description of the defects observed as a result of said inspection in connection with the building and structure located upon said described property are as follows, to -wit:
