a. Said building by reason of damage and/or deterioration to non -supporting wails and covering, which exceeds 50%, render said building beyond reasonably repairing same; b. Said building has inadequate facilities for ingress and egress; c. Cooking facilities, presence of gas by conduit to un- occupied parts of building, accumulation of flauenable debris in several of the rooms, open transans, un- protected wood walls, present a serious fire hazard in contravention of Fire Prevention Code of the City of Everett; d. Plumbing and sanitary facilities are outdated, in part are inoperative, and inadequate, and the water heating facilities are outlawed and condemned and not usable; e. Electric wiring in the building is in an unsafe and dangerous condition: and is Inadequate. WHEREFORE, based upon said findings by the Building and inspection Division, the undersigned Everett Improvement Board has been asked to enter an order requiring said building to be vacated and finding said building a "dangerous building", in such conditio,l as to order it demolished as being in violation of the unsafe building code and other codes of the City of Everett and being a dangerous building beyond repair within the dei`inition of said unsafe building ordinance.
