Corridors and <br /> corridor openings are not 1-hour :ire resistant construction. <br /> Chapter 2. 24.010 (e) ; The east and west exterior walls have wracl�ed, warped and i <br /> • buckled to such an extent that they have materially insufficient resistance to ' . ; <br /> winds and eartliquakes. Brick work in the west wall is severly cracked. Collapse of the <br /> building could result. <br /> PlumbinE Inspection <br /> The following condilions exist: <br /> 1) IIathrooms for women have no tuUs. <br /> 2) Copper gas linc running full len�ch of hallway, has unions in line, no <br /> shut off at appliance. <br /> 3) WasLe lines uudcr Cavern have Ucen discor.nected, dropped onto ground and <br /> fiCtings left open allocoing sewer gasses and odors to escape. <br /> 4) ]ioiler room is noL- accessiUle, doors lociced with no key on premises. <br /> Condition of Uoiler and room unl:nown. , <br /> The gas line in the hallway is a potential life hazard as fiL•tings could possibly <br /> leak.
