There is no option for a temporery certificate of occupancy for an espresso stand. The only work that is permitted at this time is the public works permit, PW0707-006,and based on comments from the inspector, Randy Allen,as of today,the scope of this permit has not been completed as written. Please call Randy directly to discuss, at 425-339-7403. Gary, a�you and I discussed last week at the site,at 4 pm on Thursday, December 3rd,any work done on the building is done at t�:��wner's risk, since the permits for that work have not been reviewed and issued. There is also the possibility of a stop work order. I advise you to allow the permit review process to be resolved so that a building permit can be issued,and to then call for the inspections to be completed for the building before trying to open any aspect of the business on the site. In the meantime,the work on the public works permit can proceed with inspections by Randy Allen. Attached is the issued public works permit.
