TED DAHL, being an <br /> adjoining and adjacent property owner, objected to the granting of <br /> , the variance. <br /> i <br /> � This objection was disregarded and the variance was granted y <br /> � the Board cf Adjustment and the number of parking spaces was de- <br /> Itermined by the Board to be 45 rather than 68 accordincj to the code <br /> requirements by reason of square footage of the buildings erected <br /> and to be erected upon the described real property; and such re- <br /> quired parking spaces were reduced to 25 by the variance granted. <br /> The;eafter, on October 11, 1977, plaintiff instituted this <br /> action by filing a Petition and Application for a Writ of Certiorari. <br /> and an Affidavit of TED DAHL in support of Petition for t9rit of <br /> Certiorari.
