You have also indicated that presently, <br />there are no leases that allow for tenant use of the parking. The only other way for the two <br />propeRies to be considercd joined would be if therc were a rccorded covenant that requires the <br />perking on Parcel B to be available to the ownedtenants/guests on Parcel A. We have not <br />�esearched this issue.
