You have also indicnted that prosently, <br />there are no leases that allow far tenant us�: of the parking. The only other w�ay for the two <br />propeRies to be considered joincd would be if there were :; recorded covenant that roquires the <br />parking on Parcel B to be available to the owner/tenants/guests on Parcel A. We have not <br />researched this issue.
