POSSIBLE STIPULATIONS: <br />A. That this variance shall terminate upon demolition <br />or exterior modification of any structure, as this <br />variance applies to that particular structure. <br />VII. STAFF COMMGNTS: <br />While the Staff recognizes that this variance is rather <br />extraordinary in magnitude, we also feel that the cir- <br />cumstances are themselves unique. An attempt is being made <br />to take one of the few remaining buildirig groups of his- <br />torical or architectural significance and rehabilitate <br />them to useful and aesthetic purposes. <br />While persons using the retail facilities in this project <br />may have to walk some distance, the on-street parking <br />spaces in the area should be able to handle the demands. <br />
