The granting of the variance will not adversely <br />affect the comprehensive plan. <br />In granting this variance, the following stipulation was imposed <br />by the Board: . <br />1. That this variance shall terminate upon demolition <br />or changes in the basic design of the existing <br />structures which will adversely affect the histori- <br />cal value of the structure, as this variance applies <br />to that particular bui.lding. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:50 p,m. <br />
