Mr. Berg was absent.� <br />Mr. Graff has suhmitted his resignation. <br />T!►e minutes of the previous meetinq were read and approved as <br />sead. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />�Jlhearing was held on the application of Robert Lundquist, Post <br />Office Box 2343, Everett, Washington, for a variance from Chap- <br />ter 19.08.010 Everett Municipal Code, Land Use, Paragraph B for: <br />I Permission to divide one parcel of land into <br />� two (2) parcels, one lot to be twenty-five (25) <br />feet fronting a public dedicated street rather <br />� than the required forty (40) feet. <br />0 <br />I � <br />' <br />Legal Description: Lot 5, Block 3, North Beverly Park Division <br />� #2. . <br />Jlddress: 6630 Beverly Boulevard <br />Eoning: .R-2, Single Family High Density Residential <br />?here was no dissenting camaent from the audience. • <br />]lfter visually viewing the subject property and considering all <br />the facts, it was moved by Mr. Black, seconded by Mr. Russell <br />and unani.mously carried to grant the applicant's request for the <br />following reasons: <br />1. Granting the variance will not change the character of the <br />neighborhood to any great degree as the lot is larqer than <br />. aost of the lots in the area. <br />2. There is a deep lot zoning being proposed in the Zoning <br />Oode. <br />3. There is sufficient square footage being provided. <br />�4.
