Detailed drawings in accorclance with city design and construction <br />standards sha11 be submitted to the Public Works Department showing <br />site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm draina�e, temporary <br />construction erosion con*rol, and all required improvements in the <br />public right-of-way. Public Works Uepartment approval of these <br />drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. <br />2. Tt;� proposed new driveway on Chestnut is not allowed. <br />3. The Department of Transportation is proposing a new Highway 2 access <br />onto Hewitt from the south which would impact ttie proposed parking <br />lot. A"rough" location of the new Highway 2 access east curb would be <br />along a line connecting the applicant's southwest property corner to a <br />point approximately sixty-five (65) feet east of the applicant's <br />northwest property corner. <br />4, Egress and ingress �e•ith Hewitt will be limited to right turn only. If the <br />DOT constructs a new access ramp to H:gMvay 2, the City Traffic <br />Engineer may further restrict traffic rnovement via Hewitt, i.e., all <br />access patterns could be restricted/eliminated to and Srom Hewitt. <br />5. Two (2) existing driveways are located on Hewitt. The applicant is <br />proposing to use one of them. The second driveway will be in thc <br />vicinity of the proposed new State access ramp. The applicant can <br />eitlier remove this driveway as a part of his parking lot permit or <br />provide a performance bond to ensure its removal if the State access <br />ramp is not installed. <br />6. We would recommend that tlie applicant be present at the i�iarch 27, <br />1984, Traffic Advisory Committee meeting which will dis�uss the new <br />State proposed access ramp, <br />`� <br />ro� <br />1 <br />
