A sealed light fixture is much preferred. <br />11. There will be no vegetable preparation other than combining and adding <br />dressing to make up salad. <br />Other points of agreement: <br />1. All equipment installation is to be done with due concern for cleaning. Seal <br />the joint of abutting Equipment to exclude seepage between, or space apart <br />to allow easy access for cleaning, or mount on wheels or otherwise make easy <br />to move for cleaning. <br />2. Existing kitchen is to be cleaned and painted and defective and/or missing <br />tile on floor and wells replaced. <br />3. Get protective cover over walk-in light. <br />4. All refrigerated storage is to be checked to make sure it is operating to <br />maintain proper temperature even during busy time on warm days. <br />Final approval, of course, must await completion of work. If there are any questions <br />please contact Snohomish Health District at 259-9537. Please call a few days before <br />you are ready for a final inspection. <br />There is a $25.00 per hour plan review charge. The better an6 --re complete the <br />plans and information given the less time for review.
