All construction is subject to field inspections and <br />corections. <br />2. There shall be no occupancy of the building prior to <br />final inspection and a certificate of occupancy being <br />issued by the building official. <br />a. No concrete or grout shall be placed without inspection <br />and approval. <br />4. Submit fully dimensioned plot plan. <br />5. The building is limited to one story structure. Section <br />507 and Table No. 5-D. The building shall be of one - <br />hour construction throughout to allow for two stories. <br />6. Nonabsorbent finish and backing for toilet room walls <br />and floor should conform with Section 1711(a). <br />7. Light and ventilation should comply with Sectio,r 705. <br />8. An occupant load sign is required in assembly areas, <br />having an occupant load of more than 50. Section 3301(j). <br />Show on plans location of signs for upper and lower <br />drinking and dining areas. <br />
