The. sign and supporting structure must be removed by the earliest of the following: the <br />datF specified in paragraph 3, if the Appellant elects to remove raiher than modify the sign; <br />the date rPquired by the occurrence of any of the events identified in EMC 19.36.200; ten <br />years from fhe dale of the Oruer. <br />5. No laler tlian 30 days from the date of ihis Order, Appellant shall record with the <br />Snohomish Counly Auditor a covenant, in a form acceptable to the Planning Director, that <br />names the Cily of E� erett as grantee and requires removal of the subject sign no later than <br />the date specified in paragraph 4. The covenant shall nm with the land and bind Appellant's <br />successors. <br />6. The parlies request lhat ihe H�aring Examiner retain jurisdiction over this matter in order <br />to arbitrate any disagreement that may arise with respect lo the interpretation or <br />implementalion of this agreement. <br />7.
