President <br />Morrow ar,d Councilman Gipson explained that personal <br />negotiations were in progress and a resolution had been arrived <br />at. <br />Councilman Pope asked if anything coultl be done about the tall <br />grass on those lots. <br />Sergeant David Anderson thanked the everyone from the City of <br />Everett and Snohomish County for supporting the Desert Storm <br />troops. <br />9 <br />
