The lote are also nonconforming pursuant to the Zoning Code for <br />adequate size. <br />On July 2, 1991� there was a meeting with Don Wood, Gerry Ervine, and myself. <br />This meeting cras for the purpoae of determining what could be done with the <br />present buildinga and rfia[ could be done with the property if the buildinga <br />were de�oliehed as a reault of the City perfo�ing abate�ent on the buildinge. <br />It ras determined that the lots could be certified as soon as possible. The <br />building at 3923 High could be demoliehed to the foundation and rebuilt.
