When purchased, I will s[art <br />work immediately to rehabilitate the homes. <br />What I need from the City Planning Department is.a written statement that <br />will allow me to rehabilitate the existing structures and for them to be <br />occuppied as single family residences. Also, Z will need a statement <br />concerning the possible expansion of 3923. <br />Once I have a statement from the Planning Department, I will pursue with <br />�� the purchase and the non- conforming applicacion.
