�� O M i y y �Z �e � �� �q M �O� ON N t�a Q r t" y HH y M g�� �� � � I � ; ; 'r 395 July 31, 1951 Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Diamond to adopt Resolution No. 3504 concerning demolition of buildings situated at 3919 High Street as follows: WHEREAS, tne Everett City Council passed Resolurion No. 3387 on October 24� 1990, authorizing the demolition of the buildings situated at 3919 High Street, Everett, Washington; and WHEREAS, the Everett City Council, on May 21, 1991, awarded a bid to Brad Mason Trucking and Excavating, Inc., for tlemolition of the buildings at 3919 High, Everett, subject to tl�e City working with the property owner in order to possibly a��ert the need for demolition; and WHEREAS, the Everett •City Council finds that the owner of the property has a sale pending which would result in the rehabilitation of th� building; and WHEREAS, the Everett City Council finds that the rehaoilitation of the buildings rather than demolition of the uilaings would be preferable for both the City and the property c,wner; and WHEREAS, the Everett City Council finds that due to the pending sale of the subject property, demolition of the buildings will not be required; NOW� THEREFOP.E, BE IT RESOIVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT: 1. That due to the pending sale, the buildings located at 3919 High Street will not be demolished. 'L. That Brad Mason Trucking and Excavating is nereby released by the City from its obligation for aemoliticn of the buildings at 3519 High Street, as estaGlished �y the bid award dated May 21, 1991. 3. That if the pending sale has not closed on or oefore August 7, 1991, City Staff shall report to Council oefore further action is taken by the City related to the demolition of the buildings.
