Thia Resolution had <br />inadvertently missed being acted upon during the Council Meeting of <br />July 24, 1991. <br />We are aware that Council had intended to adopt both Resol�tiona last week; <br />however, only one wae acted on. <br />It is our underatanding that this Resolution will also be preaented to Council <br />on July 30, 1991 under Council Comments.
