The City of Everett Planning/Community Development Director has found <br />tlie building which is located on the above described property to be <br />in violation of the Unifotm Houeing Code. The following deficiencies <br />render tlie building to be substandard and/or dangerous pursuant to <br />Sec. 1001 of the Uniform Ilousing Code: <br />3919 Iligh St. <br />1. The iiouse is a hazardous nuisance to the health, safety and <br />welfnre ot the genecal public. ' <br />9. The house and premises are a publ.ic nuisance known at camnon <br />law and in equity jurisprudence. <br />II. The above-descriUcd Uuilding shall either be repaired in accordance <br />witli tlic cerrent Uuilding Code or demolished. <br />III.
