If the owner elects to repair the building in accordance with the <br />current Uniform Building Code, all requtred permits must be secured <br />therefore, and the work, including mowing and cleaning up the yard, <br />physically commenced within sixty i60) days of the date of this <br />Order. All work must be completed in compliance with the <br />requirements of the Building Code within ninety (90) days of the date <br />of this Order. <br />V. If the owner elects to �lemolish the buildinp, all required permits <br />shall be secured therefore within thirty (30) days of the date of <br />this Order. Such demolition must be completed Within sixty (60) days <br />from the date of this Order. <br />VI. If the required repair work oL demolition is not commenced within the <br />time set forth in Parugraplis IV and V, the City of Everett will ordet <br />the building to remain vacated and proceed to cause the building [o <br />be demolished and charge the costs thereof against the property or <br />its owner. <br />VII <br />VIII. <br />Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building <br />may appeal from this Notice and Order to the I{ousing Advisory and <br />Appeals Board. Such appeal must be in writing as is required in the <br />UniEorm Housing Code and filed with the City of Everett Planning <br />Director within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this <br />Notice and Order.
