If the owner elects to repair the building in accordance with the current Uniform Building Code, all requtred permits must be secured therefore, and the work, including mowing and cleaning up the yard, physically commenced within sixty i60) days of the date of this Order. If the owner elects to �lemolish the buildinp, all required permits shall be secured therefore within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. Such demolition must be completed Within sixty (60) days from the date of this Order. VI.
