Said property is subject
to a "Notice and Order" dated April 3, 1975.
II
On April 3, 1975, Robert K. Royce issued a "Notice of
Unsafe Building", reference number 7503-191, directing the
demolition of the improvement situated on property described
therein.
Said Order was improperly drawn and issued for the following
reasons:
1. The Order failed to advise the appellant with respect
to its right to appeal.
2. The Order seeks demolition of the improvements
when repair or rehabilitation has been acknowledged by the
appropriate building officials to be the proper remedy.
3. The Order erroneously designates as substandard
building defects items which are in all respects adequate
and meet all applicable code provisions.
ATTORNEYS AT LAW
Appeal of Home Care Inc. -H#h rd A HArms
Page 1 A PROPRSSIONAL SERVICE CORPORATION
411 Well Mercer Stna
500111., 9lnhlnpon 99119
(xoe) 213.4100
Z
a
1
