As a result, Home Care Inc, has been unable <br />to complete repair work or rent its various properties. <br />As a result of the various illegal activities of Robert <br />K. Royce and his subordinates, Home Care Inc, has lost rent <br />and been damaged in an amount no less than $6,000.00. <br />IV <br />Home Care Inc. prays that this Board grant the following <br />relief: <br />1. Rescind the "Notice of Unsafe Building" issued <br />April 3, 1975 and order an inspection by an impartial person. <br />2. Require Robert K. Royce to follow the statutory <br />procedure for determining and posting; properties as substandard. <br />3. Restrain and enjoin Robert K. Royce and his subordinates <br />from continuing their harrasament of Home Care Inc, and their <br />selective and unreasonable enforcement of the Housing Code <br />against Home Care Inc. <br />4. Direct Robert K. Royce to cease and desist from <br />ordering water shut offs at properties owned by Home Care <br />Inc. <br />5.
