Fic4i: The applicant states that Prime Equipment is <br />attempting to maintain its business in the City of Everett. The <br />location of the building is 2810 Highland. Visibility is <br />blocked south, west, and north by the Hwy 2 Trestle. <br />b. Conclusions: The Prime Equipment building on the site is <br />fully visible from the north, south, east and west. Each of the <br />building facades is permitted to have signage on them. The <br />roof sign could be located on any of these facades and <br />additional signs added to the other facades. The need for the <br />requested variance is a self-created hardship. <br />
