Our response is as follows: <br />1. The submittal indicated the 6.120 sq. ft existing building to be nor;aprinde►ed <br />City Ordinance No. 1902-92 prohibits the increasing i:s area without <br />sprinldering it as well as the new addition (canopy excluded). <br />No exceptions taken. The existing building and the new addition will be <br />sprinkle <br />2. The shear walls appear instfciently designed and detailed Calculations <br />indicate 1 4 ft. of lenngth at the lower level front where the drawings indicate 9- <br />112 f t The floor plans indicate six doerent types of shearing walla whore the <br />shearwall schedule indicates two.
