On November 16, 1984 I sent a copy of the City oF Everett Resolution <br />No. 2499 adopted by the Everett City Council on November 14, 1984 <br />to Sharon Johnston, Guardian of Daniel Robbins. <br />3. The nctice of the herein described City of Everett Council Resolution <br />authorized the City of Everett to vacate and demolish the structure <br />situated on the following legally described property: <br />32 I <br />Lot 13, Blk 3, North Deverly Park Division No. 2, EXCEPT the South- <br />easterly 96 feet thereof, as per plat recorded in Volume 10 of <br />Plats on Page 46 records of Snohomish County; situate in the City of <br />Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington. <br />Commonly known as: 6719 Highland Drive, Everett, Washington. <br />4. The notice �aas addressed to Sharon Johiiston, 619 - 104th Place South- <br />east, Everett, Washington 98204, Guardian of Daniel Robbins. <br />5. On November 20, 1984 the return receipt requested with Certified tJo. <br />P227 082 192 was returned to me. <br />6. The return receipt was signed by Sharon E.
