No. 1 access to said lot to be the Westerly twenty (20) feet <br />of the Easterly SS feet of Lot 22, Block 1, Beverly Hills Div. <br />No. 1 utilizing the iollowing described property: <br />Lot 22, Block 1, IIeverly Hills Division No. 1, Except that <br />portion described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 22, the <br />true point of beginning, hence t9esterly along the Northerly <br />boundary line oi said Lot 22, a distance of 65 feet; hence <br />Southerly and parallel to the East bound�ry line of said <br />Lot 22 to the Southerly boundary line of Lot 22; hence <br />Easterly along said Southerly boundary line of said Lot 22; <br />hence Northerly along the Sasterly boundary line of said <br />Lot 22 for a distance of 139.94 feet to the true point of <br />beginning. (High].and Drive and Piadison). <br />AND: WHEREAS, May 3, 1971, was fixed as the date of hearing <br />on said application and proper notice having been given as <br />required by law <br />AND: W[IEREAS, a public hearing was held on said date and the <br />Board of Adjustment, after reviewing all testimony, made the <br />findings that: <br />1. Proper platting would require all nroperties in the <br />vicinity be served by public dedication streets. <br />2.
