A hearing was held on the application of Dale White, 2G20 Larlin <br />Drive, Everett �4ashington requesting.a variance from SecL-ion 15. <br />04.220 E.C.C. (Zoning Ordinance) to construct a sight screen to a <br />maximum height of 72 inches in the front yard of Lot 1G3 Plat of <br />Valley Vieio. <br />After visually viewing the subject propert-y and considering all <br />the testimony presented it was moved by Dir. Inqram, seconded Uy <br />.1r. Champion and unanimously carried to deny the applicants re:quest <br />for the follo�aing reasons: <br />1. The entire Plat of Valley View shows the front yards are <br />unfenced. <br />2. The purpose expressed by the applicant can be achieved hy <br />screen planting. <br />3. There was no hardship shown by the a*,�plicant. <br />A hearing �oas held on the application of Lee Davis, 6807 Highland <br />Drive, Everett Washington, for a variance from Section 15.04.080 <br />subsection C Everett City Code (Zoning Ordinance) requiring a <br />minimum of sixty (60) ft. of frontage abutting a pub�ic dedicated <br />street and permission to utilize the Easterly 88.91 feet of Lot <br />21 Block 1 Beverly Hills Div. No. 1 access to said lot to be the <br />Westerly twenty (20) feet of the Easterly 85 feet of Lot 22, <br />Block 1, Beverly Eiills Div. No. 1 utilizing the following described <br />property. <br />Lot 22, Block 1, Beverly iIills Division No. 1, Except that <br />portion described as follows: <br />Commencinq at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 22, the <br />true point of beginning, hence �9esterly along the Northerly <br />boundary line of said Lot 22, a distance of 65 feet; hence <br />Southerly and parallel to the East boundary line of said <br />Lot 22 to the Southerly boundary line of Lot 22; hence <br />�asterly along said Southerly boundary line of said Lot 22; <br />hence Northerly along the I;asterly boundary line of said Lot <br />22 for a distance of 134.94 feet to the true point of be- <br />ginninq. (Flighlznd Drive and riadison) <br />After visual observation of the subject property and considering <br />all the testimony presented it was moved by idr. Champion, seconded <br />by D1r. Ingram and unanimously carried to deny the applicants request <br />for the following reasons: <br />1. Proper platting �vould require all proper.ties in the <br />vicinity be served by puUlic dedication streets. <br />2. The subject property is typical of :.he majority of the <br />lots in the area and no particular hardship is shown to be <br />present by this individual lot configuration. <br />A hearing caas lield on thc application of David IIrand��o'_d, 3008 <br />Lombard, Everett h'ashington, for a variance from Secti.on ].5.04.110 <br />E.C.C. (Zoniny Ordinance) Subsection B for pennission to waive the <br />minimum side, rear and iront yard requirements on the followin9 <br />descriUed property. <br />
