Owners of the t�vo dogs that <br />are violating, David and Lynn Angell, 5607 - Highland Rd <br />Everett V1a 98203. This will be the fourth time that these <br />people have been reported via the petitior form, as follows. <br />First time about three years ago. <br />Second, Ci.ty of Everett took them to court about mid January <br />1985, fined $50.00 with �25•00 suspended. <br />Thir.d, City of Everett to court again on June 5th 1985, <br />fined �250.00 with $200.00 suspended on condition no further <br />complaints for the next six months. The enclosed petition <br />is the fourth. <br />Mr. Angell has told neighbors in the past and again recently <br />that he intends to continue to breed his D7alamutes because he <br />earns good money on the sale of the pups. He has no kennel and/ <br />or breeding license. He told some City official that he was <br />going to get rid of his dogs. That was after the June 5th <br />courtcase. <br />He has been told by the County Health Department to get rid of <br />his garbage each week. Recent records show he dumped six cans <br />and a plaStic sack or two on May 20th 1��,� next time he <br />dumped his six cans �vas on July 8th and they have not been <br />dumped to this date. Lids not on tight, flies and smell is <br />ur:nelievable in the past �varm weather. <br />P•1r. Angell continues to repair or/and tear down old hulks in <br />his driveway. One truck �vas jacked up, no wheels, in his <br />driveway for four months, parts and oil laying all over <br />
